Refund policy

Cradle & Thread takes pride in delivering the highest quality gift/home items and wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Merchandise must be in unused condition with all labels still attached and in the original box and/or packaging. Returns that adhere to our Return Policy will be refunded the purchase price, minus shipping. The customer is responsible for return shipping and we suggest return via trackable common carrier. Orders returned outside of the 14 days will not be refunded.

Non-Returnable Items

Final sale items, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the refund approval. If approved, the refund (minus shipping fees) will be processed to your original payment method. Processing times may vary based on your bank or credit card provider.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

We understand shipping issues happen! We work with our carriers to file damage claims when necessary. However, if there is photo proof of delivery, we cannot cover stolen packages.
